ANOUSHKA
Self Re-Generation
Anoushka is a qualified Clinician [MSc &PG Dip Clinical Psychology] and has worked with 1000’s of clients worldwide across various psychology services and specialist hospitals in the NHS and private sector with personality disorders, schizophrenia, dementia, eating disorders, mood disorders and trauma. Anoushka's expert voice and innovative methods have been featured across multiple international channels including BBC, BBC Radio 4, The Counsellors Magazine and Med Circle to name a few.
ANOUSHKA'S MISSION
The backbone of Anoushka's work has been to empower and initiate self healing. Working in a variety of mental health setting Anoushka quickly realised that when the correct conditions are provided, self-healing can take place.
Her journey has included supporting patients with dementia, including neuro-developmental diagnosis providing therapeutic activities to stimulate brain activity. Anoushka was the led therapist in this project and achieved positive results which are still in use today in the hospital.
Working in a low secure mental health hospital with forensic patients Anoushka has extensive knowledge working closely with personality disorders.
Having such specific knowledge in the field Anoushka was able to carry out her own research understanding the intricacies of the disorder and what it entails and as a result of this started her YouTube channel getting this knowledge out there. Having personal experience of toxic people Anoushka has been able to touch the hearts of millions through her teachings on her YouTube Channel.
Anoushka's work inspirers millions to come to the realisation that self re-generation is possible.
